Periodic cleaning of the blinds prevents the accumulation of dust between the slits, which is difficult to remove. This will be avoided by passing a duster every week. If the blinds are splashed, clean with a cloth dampened in water with detergent and dry. If the dirt has been embedded, add a few drops of ammonia to the water and rub with a brush.
